Pre-Season

Bolton Baseball Club began 2009 with high expectations. A strong line up of returning players and another new recruit from Cartmel give the club hope.

Bolton Baseball Club went on its longest game winning streak defeatin Sheffield 4 times and Oldham twice before spliting a double header against Liverpool

Sunday June 14

Martin Bell plays his final game for the Robots of Doom before leaving for his new life in new Zealand

July 24 to 26

The Robots of Doom travelled to Zoetemeer in the Netherlands to compete in its second internationally tournament. Other teams included host team Birds, Hagen Chipmunks, Bootleggers D'Argancy and Nieuwegien Diamonds

Bolton Baseball Club competed against the best teams in the league in 2009 earning their first win against Liverpool Trojans. The Robots of Doom also made the play-offs for the first time ever. great improvements were made within the club and all players are eargelry anticipating the next season.
