Details of the meeting:

Management
A vote was taken on the position of General Manager. Matthew Norburn was voted for and will continue in his position.
The new position of Deputy General Manager was created to ease some of the work-pressure placed on the GM. Alanormay Fillingham was voted for and has since accepted the role.

Finances
The clubs finances were discussed as well as the proposed increased charges at CMB Sports Club.
It was decided that club subs should remain at £10.

Recruitment
In a bid to add to our roster, as well as increasing public knowledge of baseball in Bolton, a proposal was put forward to spend a day in Bolton Town centre handing out fliers. It was agreed this would go ahead and the details will be posted here closer to the date.

New Team Rules
It was agreed that 24 hours notice must now be given if a player cannot attend a game. Failure to notify the General Manager will result in a 1 Home Game suspension which must be served on the bench.
The issue of money owed to the club by players was also addressed. It was decided that any player who owes money to the club will be ineligible to play.

Uniforms/New Merchandise
Orders for new uniforms will be taken at the end of February. The cost of a full uniform has risen to £80.
Team jackets, fashion jerseys, and new caps were discussed. Details of which can be obtained from the General Manager.

Any Other Business
It was agreed, in a bid to cut down costs, that post match food will no longer be served at the Duke of Wellington pub after home games.
After home games fundraising activities such as football cards will be sold.
